When your subscription is being processed, MIMS Australia will contact you to discuss a setup and pricing structure that will best suit you or your organisation.

MIMS integrated data is provided in two forms: ASCII data (also referred to as ‘flat’ data) and a Windows-based application programming interface (API), called FastTrack. When the data is provided in the ASCII format, the software vendor creates the logic to search and retrieve the data and seamlessly interact with your patient data. Providing the data in this format gives the software vendor control over how the data is handled and displayed.

When the data is provided in the form of the FastTrack API, the vendor’s software application accesses the data by issuing queries to return a result.

Decision support data in the FastTrack API format is easier to integrate. Also, it displays more quickly and it displays in a format that MIMS controls. For further information on FastTrack API contact our vendor support representative at data@mims.com.au
